Compute Platform

Designed Biologics Inc architects new synthetic small peptides through a high performance computing approach. Our interaction analytics software leverages an IBM BLUE GENE/Q supercomputer located at the SOSCIP consortium in Toronto, Canada.

The BLUE GENE/Q is a highly dense and energy efficient supercomputer built around a system-on-a-chip compute node with a 16-core PowerPC®-based CPU. The SOSCIP BLUE GENE/Q is a 65,536-core system using a custom 5D torus high-speed interconnect and capable of 840 Tflops peak performance.
